Sign of the recession: Milton Bradley got suspended.

Chicago Cubs hotel salesman Milton Bradley has been suspended during the part of the season fans watch before the summer lull sets in. The commissioners office said Bradley was suspended for arguing balls and strikes and “made contact” with umpire Larry Vanover. Not as much fun as I expected out of Bradley but good to know he cares about wasting the Cubs’ money. That’s all that matters when you’re trying to shut down the Chicago Tribune and ruin every Cubs fans dream of seeing their team win their first World Series in 101 years. Bradley isn’t in mid-season form with his sinister DEVIANCE and DEFIANCE against the commissioners office but we do think he’ll be there soon. I’m guessing Bradley is going to take his well deserved timeout to build little green houses on Baltic Avenue. Happy Trails!
